Basic requirements for purification works

1. The construction enterprise undertaking the clean workshop project shall have corresponding engineering construction experience and complete quality management system.

2. The construction of clean workshop shall be carried out according to the contents of design documents and contracts. When the design is modified, it shall be confirmed and signed by the original design unit and approved by the construction unit.

3. Before the construction of the clean workshop, the construction scheme and procedures shall be formulated according to the characteristics of specific engineering projects, so as to ensure the coordinated construction of various types of work, clear stages and clear handover, and ensure the overall construction quality and safe operation.

4. When the construction enterprise undertakes the detailed construction design of the design drawings of each discipline in the clean workshop project, it shall implement the relevant provisions of the national standard code for design of clean workshop gb50073, strengthen the design quality management, and have a quality management system. The detailed construction drawings shall be approved or confirmed in writing by the original design unit and approved by the construction unit before construction.

5. The concealed works of each discipline in the clean workshop project must be accepted and approved by the owner or the supervisor before concealment.

6. The system commissioning for the completion acceptance of the clean workshop project shall be carried out with the joint participation of the construction unit and the supervision unit. The construction enterprise shall be responsible for the system commissioning and testing. The unit undertaking the commissioning shall have full-time technicians for commissioning and testing and test instruments complying with the provisions of this specification.
